Caudipteryx was a omnivore, in the early cretaceous period. Caudipteryx name means tail feather. They were feathered of course and, were very bird like in appearance. Fossil remains of caudipteryx were found in north eastern China. Caudipteryx was, about 1 meter long. Despite how bird like caudipteryx was, it was actually flightless.
